Millionaire Chess Day 4

We are having so much fun here in Las Vegas. I thought we would be chomping at the bit to come home by now, but there is just too much to do here. The tournament is going well for Evan. He is 3 out of 6 and plays his last game today. He will probably take home $600. It is great that he has played under 1600 and is doing so well because his rating willdefinately go up. Today he plays Keith Dunbar. He is a little nervous. Keith is a riot and has taken a liking to Evan, so it will be another interesting, but bittersweet game. Timur is doing really well too. He is curently 5 out of 6 and ranking in the top 5.

But this tournament has been really rough on a lot of people we know. I think it is a really difficult tournament because not only is the competition fierce, but the playing conditions are unique. You have cameras hovering over you and you can't eat or drink in the tournament room. If you are used to playing with headphones and music, you are out of luck. Also, with the dres code, am sure players are not as comfortable sitting for up to 7 hours in belts and jackets.

I will write more in a bit, have to jump in shower now and get ready for ROUND 6.
