Millionaire Chess Day 1

Evan and I arrived Las Vegas around noon. Our friend Marck picked greeted us at the airport and gave us a lift to Planet Hollywood. Evan took one look at the Paris hotel and asked if we could get crepes for lunch. He remembered how good they were when we were here for the North American Tournament here in Vegas last year.

After we ate, we checked into Planet Hollywood. We upgraded our room and are pleased with the added square footage. Being here 7 days, I just couldn't bare the thought of squeezing into a room. We walked around and got a chance to see the "behind the scenes" of where the Millionaire Chess "control panel" will be.

We are now in our room relaxing. We will be meeting Timur and Marck and a few others at the Earl of Sandwich and see where Timur leads us. Always an adventure with that one!
